Manage the Norwegian government’s trade activities in the UK, Norway’s largest export market, and an experienced special advisor on transformative digital technologies and global market expansion:  

▪ Specialises in advising teams on expanding their businesses overseas and acts as a facilitator in launching, funding and scaling innovative products and services across global markets.

▪ Established and co-lead the CEO SteerCo between Innovation Norway and the AKER Group including; AKER ASA, Aker Biomarine, Aker BP, Aker Horizon, Aker Solutions, Cognite and Industrial Capital Partners (ICP). This is a joint ambition to accelerate the NetZero transition more rapidly through innovative projects with significant and measurable industrial and sustainable impact in the fields of energy transition, bioeconomy, and digitalisation. During the first year more than 1.2 billion NOK was raised to accelerate emergence of new industrial technologies. In my role, I challenge CEOs to extend their focus beyond their company's immediate business and industry, encouraging exploration of opportunities that contribute to broader growth and impact.

▪ Establish close collaborations with key innovation hubs and prominent investor networks in Silicon Valley, the UK, and Europe.

▪ Co-founder and lead of Innovation Norway’s global scaleup initiative, Tech Executive Accelerator (TEA) at Level39 in Canary Wharf, London. With a decade of history, TEA is at the forefront of driving green, digital transformation in industrial operations and value chains. Specializing in AI innovation, TEA actively forges partnerships with major corporations. We spotlight the unique expertise and transparency offered by Norwegian scale-ups, positioning them as leaders in innovation.

▪ Help Norwegian companies strengthen their international position through Business Norway and Visit Norway.
