Nitya Gupta

Nitya is an investor with Element Ventures, focused on supporting founders of Europe’s most innovative fintech firms that scale globally. Portfolio includes early-stage companies such as Billhop, Minna and Banxware, among others. She has regional and international investing experience at the early stage as well as growth/IPO stage. Prior to becoming an investor, she spent time in the healthcare M&A advisory and debt capital markets investment banking in London. Nitya holds an MBA from INSEAD.
